Training Programs for Nanum Team!
In our regular days at NANUM Nanotecnologia, we carry out our work with attention and caution to the health and well-being of our employees, always thinking of how to provide the best protection to all during these pandemic times. We also seek to contribute to the continuous professional development of all!
We are aware of how important it is for each employee to acquire an overview of our business and products, to learn using quality tools, and to become familiar with all departments’ responsibilities, so that their actions in the company are more assertive.
In this way, on May 14th, 2020, we carried out a training in Inkjet systems for all NANUM employees, which was taught by one of our collaborators, Filipe Leonardo de Souza, who shared the knowledge acquired in a course held in Spain in the beginning of 2020.
As well as presenting to all the professionals the world of Security Printing (the main market of our MICR Inks) we also practice our Values in NANUM!
On August 21st, 2020, we promoted the training of multifunctional team in the quality tool “MASP-8D Methodology of Analysis and Problem Solving”! The concept of this training was to present the model 8D Methodology as an efficient and effective way for determining, planning, verifying and documenting corrective actions within our company.
